Burnt my skin during my 3rd laser hair removal session by using the wrong equipment. Burn marks all over both arms and still exists even after a year of the incident. Manager of office is incompetent

I had a bad experience. I was new to the practice, one of the esthetician's, burned my face. I had to seek medical attention. I contacted the office manager several times, to get reimbursed for my inj
