Waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru and gave up while 3 cars were still in front of my waiting to order. Ironic for a so called fast food establishment.

This has now happened three separate times. We place a takeout order, and every time something is wrong when we get home. This is not an occasional mistake--it's a pattern. The restaurant was not busy

first to begin with i waited about 20 minutes for a simple cheese burger and fries,when i decided to finally go inside and complain i see a what looks like to be a manager being rude 2 female employee
