Why on earth would you take off the best entree on the menu *Rockfish and replace it with salmon ? Every restaurant in the area has salmon as a seafood entree !

I ordered the steak and brussels salad. Imagine my disappointment when there were actually ZERO brussel sprouts. Literally, there were 10 charred brussel leaves...like the remnants of actual roasted B
