The front desk girl, Lilian, is so rude. In the mornings on the weekends she is sitting there doing nothing and utterly standoffish for no reason. Fire her.

Best gym experience in the area. Plenty of room and machines. There are a few extra machines I'd like to see them have, but overall a great gym.

Where to start? Cleanliness would be a good start. Rude staff and pushy to say the least, no one wants to take your wish version of Pilates!
