Unable to talk to a REAL PERSON. THE Automated system is awful. Tried several stores. Same result

No customer service unless you pay more money for help. Stores do not take phone calls. Customer Service is the worst. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again and I need a new TV and laptop

Had a great experience with buying my new pc. The cost was good considering the increased prices in RAM and graphics cards.
