As someone who has been to Japan 5 times, Horin is as close as I can get to authentic japanese flavour in Vancouver! My Favourite is "The One" with light broth and firm noodles so its the perfect bala

So happy to be back having ramen at one of my fav spots! Love the option to customize and adding $5.90 for a combo is so worth it! Highly recommend :)

Ajitama ramen was the best!! Super gooey egg and tender chashu on top of firm noodles and rich broth! So homey and perfect on a chilly evening!
