my sandwich taste like a fat guy in costco with how much mayonnaise is on it, when i didnt ask for mayonnaise on a chicken, bacon, ranch

Waited a long time for a sandwich. When I got to work to eat it, it was dry and hard. Bread not so fresh for being made in house.
