The place was closed on 12-29-2025. I have an appointment at 8:30am on this day. No sign on the door indicating the place wasn't open on this day. No phone call, no text, no email, no nothing.

I seriously provided proof many times that I paid their bill thru my HSA. If they are so bold to send me to collections while I had proof their bill was paid...How on earth could they ever be truthful

After the hassle of finding a location to have blood drawn, it has been over a week and results are still not in! This has been a frustrating experience and I will go back to CPL in the future for lab
