Why is it that every single time I come to this Wendy's they have all the signs and lights off to make it look like they are closed.

Food sucked. Fries were cold. I asked for mayo and ketchup, instead they gave me mustard. That's gross. Thanks but I won't be back!!! Was not worth what I paid for it!!!!!!!
