Very dissatisfied with my stay at Best Western in Monroeville ,Al .My room was not properly cleaned, lightning was dem, the ice machine was working, there were no pen/pencil or note pad to write on or

I was told upon checking in by a lady name Joanne that my reservation was cancelled because my card was declined,which I knew was a lie because my card was ran and but was told it was plenty of room.
