unfriendly and poor service restaurant not very clean. I've gotten cold food there and incorrect items.

Food was cold after waiting 7 minutes , ordered a frosty & then told machine was broken . Floor was sticky & dirty . The manager Katherine was rude .

Light by Drive thru not working , don't have soda , no potatoes & cheese sauce . Restroom smells like urine . John smells like beer , food took 13 minutes to get and wasn't even good .
