Horrible customer service. Not interested in helping customers with current equipment, only want to charge more money to "upgrade" your system. Basically your "lifetime" warranty isn't worth the paper

Don't waste your money. Recently upgraded our system to dual zone, & within 2 weeks the main unit stopped working and had to be replaced on warranty. They came out to replace the unit, but with $179 s
