Upwood is a village and former civil parish, now in the parish of Upwood and the Raveleys, in the non-metropolitan district and historic county of Huntingdonshire, England, although in the administrative county of Cambridgeshire. Upwood lies approximately 7 miles north of Huntingdon, near Bury. In 1931 the parish had a population of 322. The village lies along the High Street which runs parallel to the main road from Great Raveley to Ramsey about 300 yards to the west.
