Went to the drive thru, came home with a ceasar salad without ceasar. Now eating dry lettuce with chicken

I ordered a Tropichop with grilled chicken and they gave me everything but the grilled chicken. I also ordered the grilled chicken chipotle sandwich and they gave me a wrap. This isn't the first time

This place is even worse! There's always some sort of drama at the window, or they don't have chicken ready. Half the time the chicken is dried out or burnt!
