Ore means "mouth" in Latin. A disarmingly simple name for this place that is quite simply exceptional – a 17C pavilion within the Palace of Versailles. Alain Ducasse is the Sun King of the premises, enforcing the culinary law for which he is known. That of naturality and a constantly renewed homage to fine ingredients.

We felt like kings eating in the palace with all that gold stuff, but the food names were so hard to read lol. The hot chocolate was like drinking a melted candy bar, super thick and yummy! It’s crazy
The experience was enjoyable overall, though the prices felt a bit higher than the flavors fully justified. A special mention to Aisha, our server, who was welcoming and attentive throughout our visit
