Do NOT book a room at Hampton Inn Brentwood. Even though we did not stay, the cancellation process, lack of professionalism, the amount of getting bounced around from person to person was HORRIBLE. No

Hampton inn is quality no matter what city you're in. It's my go to when I travel for work. My ex and I used to stay here as well when we traveled together. Clean safe rooms.

Horrible customer service. Everyone is rude. Lied about prices on their website. Over charged.
