Proper steps wasn't taken and I'm dissatisfied with this company will never recommend or use in the future.

They came to my home to fix a household plumbing issue. Snaked a drain and said it was fixed and charged $350 for 30 mins work, which we thought was a lot, but we paid it. It turns out that the proble
