If you actually want to get your test results, go somewhere else. It's been over 2 weeks, they weren't sent to the provider or to us. It was "in the mail" a week ago yet we don't have results yet. And

They stopped accepting calls at 3:30 when they close at 4:00. It was an urgent matter & they were not helpful at all. Literally go anywhere but here.

Reflecting back to last year when my wife and I utilized this clinic for IVF, and now comparing it to another Fertility clinic in SA/Austin, I can wholeheartedly give this place 1 star and recommend y
