Business manager/owner was an absolute jerk. We ordered our shakes and ice cream, nothing fancy. When it came time to pay , I opted not to leave a tip. As he gave us our receipt, his smart mouth said,

Been here twice and they don't wear gloves when scooping your ice cream... and the young lady was playing with her hair and then scooping ice cream
