Terrible. They are now charging to watch programs on PBS--Public Broadcasting! Best way to get rid of customers I've ever heard of--while raising the monthly rate as well.

Been an old-school cable & internet customer for many years. Virtually trouble free the entire time, save for getting the app to work properly on anything but an Android device (haven't tried Apple).

I met with Derick Washington who was informative friendly and extremely helpful. After numerous discussions with on line phone assistance she were rude and not helpful I will from not on go to the sto
