We were there on a Friday and and it was busy. The food was outstanding and the service great. The ribs fell off of the bone and the dressing on the house salad is the right combo of sweet and tangy.

Out server, Angela, was great!! She sinister requests and was very patient!!

5 of us went to The Hard Shell for my husbands birthday. Our waitress was amazing. Professional but did not hover and allowed us to catch up. Everyone ordered a different entree. We ordered a few apps
