I've been trying to schedule an appointment for so long now. This is very upsetting. I've been calling so many times and they always go to voicemail

dont even call this place. they have a automated voicemail that they never call you back on. they dont call to let u know when your glasses are ready to pickup.

This place has sorely gone downhill. Lazy front desk workers. So unfortunate since the optometrists are all great here.
