Room was clean and everything worked well. Asked at front desk for dish sponge and soap and it was provided without a problem. Reserved shuttle back to airport when we arrived and no trouble there ei.

The shower had mold in it and the couch had dirt and was worn out. The beding was really old and worn out. It didn't feel clean to me.
