I went in to have my watch battery replaced. Everyone was pleasant and very helpful. The store was pristine. I would definitely go back when I need to purchase jewelry. Great overall experience.

In mid-December, I dropped off an opal set in silver ring. The opal was scuffed up and I wanted to get it polished. I needed to sign a disclaimer not to hold them responsible if the stone was damaged

I did'nt think customer service like this existed anymore. My fathers watch needed a battery, stopped by to have it done with no appointment. Battery replaced and watch reset and cleaned up, NO CHARGE
