Located on the grounds of The Stanley Hotel, The Post building was built in 1909 as the original carriage house for the hotel. The Post brews delicious, easy-drinkin' beers, shakes up creative cocktails, and serves farm fresh, modern Colorado cuisine. They fry up the crispiest, juiciest hot chicken around and pair it with innovative, shareable sides, vegetarian and seafood dishes, and fresh salads, continuing to earn "Best Of" awards for their five Colorado locations since they opened in 2014.
