this used to be my favorite location until they started consistently serving under ripe HARD avocado on my bagels, and they never have the savory bagel (green chili) at 11am when I order lunch.

Not a bad place. I prefer the einstein in prarie village or on the border of pv. But this location is ok as well. Nothing special. Nothing bad. Just...normal, which is ok.
