East Cleveland is a census-designated place and community in Bradley County, Tennessee, United States. It is located directly east of the city limits of Cleveland, and is also considered one of the major divisions of the city. The population was 1,725 at the 2020 census. It is included in the Cleveland Metropolitan Statistical Area.
