I've had the Big Arch burger twice so far. It's a descent burger. I'll give it that. Good flavor & juicy. Now, I don't know if it's because of high demand or just laziness on the staff's part, but for

They made me wait 25 minutes in line and after the first 15 I was first in line and it took them 10 minutes to take my order got my order wrong twice got me my wrong sauce

Gave me an ice cold burger and manager proceeds to tell me its a "cold sandwich", and i get that but i have received qrtr lbs that were so hot i had to wait to eat so thats not gonna fly. Not sure why
