Nice mid-scale boutique, area is somewhat rural so it was nice to find a modern Reno hotel. Stayed in king bed room Room was clean, hallways smelled new. Some repairs going on with blue tape going on.
My 2 days at this hotel was amazing no issue until I got a late check out. The day manager extremely rude came said I needed to leave now she didn’t approve no late check out. And I have 5 mins and sh
