For a very busy coffee franchise this ine is very well run amd very friendly and professional. Sometimes a queue due to its popular location but always served surprisingly quickly. Excellent.

Went to Costa Coffee Teesside Park - not the one in Next or Morrisons and ordered food and drink. Had to clear the table ourselves and then went and asked for the table to be cleaned - it was filthy.

Love Costa BUT thir needs to be blinds for the windows as the building faces the sun all morning and you can't keep your eyes open to chat to those sat opposite to you.
