Very good small hotel, great location for me, clean facilities, good breakfast, polite and friendly staff, but the pool was closed for maintenance (apparently), can not happen that in Cancun!

I have stayed here more than 100 nights in the last ten years. At one point this was my go to hotel in Downtown. I travel to Cancun for business and the location is excellent for me as I frequently ..

Basic and functional. Pool area pleasant but no restaurant and breakfast mediocre. Not many English speaking staff. Retail park location not fabulous.
