In 2008, Chef Naoto Niiyama opened Menya Hanabi in Nagoya, Japan. What started as a local ramen shop soon gained national recognition. Not one to rest on success, Naoto began experimenting with new types of ramen. One brothless breakthrough later, the Original Nagoya Mazesoba, also known as Mazemen, was born.

The noodles are so good here, cooked to al dente and the sauce is authentic!! First time here with my pickleball buddies and definitely coming back for more :)
