Cava is at the top of the food chain when it comes to corporate lunch bowls, and we can see why. For about $12, you get a healthy dose of legumes and greens, but the hummus and tzatziki dips make it more exciting than its slop bowl competition. It’s surprising that Brickell isn’t their flagship Miami location (it actually opened first in Hialeah). It’s exactly the kind of restaurant that thrives in a neighborhood where everyone is either dressed in athleisure or business casual. Stick to the signature bowls so you avoid going overboard with the lengthy selection of dips and sauces (an easy thing to do). Our favorite is the harissa avocado bowl with cubes of surprisingly spicy and sweet chicken. Unlike other fast-casual chains, it’s worth getting one of their juices, like the refreshing pineapple apple.
