poor customer service, especially the "manager" female with dark hair in the back, not customer experience oriented. just stares at you and doesn't respond to questions. unfortunate.

2/17/25 stopped at the McDonalds in Bath Ny while traveling from Maryland. The weather was terrible and we needed gas. We decided to grab a quick lunch. This McDonalds was clean and the food was hot!

really messy burger and couldn't even eat it. just fell apart EVERYWHERE. very sad :( 0/10
