Poor customer service. Long lines, lanes closed, employees standing around on phones, rude attitudes. The worst part is the urine puddles all throughout the store of dog pee that isn't cleaned up. Pee

Will never go back. They had my dog for 2 1/2 hours almost 3 and hadn't Even trimmed her yet.they just bathed her and then made her sit in a kennel for the remainder of the time and I'm guessing witho
