I was pretty impressed, they shined my Cole Haan Oxford blood reds pretty good. I understand some have had concerns, but I didn't have a terrible experience.

I think $120 for rubber glued on soles says it all....i have had leather soles and heels replaced before and understand the expense of shoe repairs But to glue 2 pieces of rubber to the bottom of heel
