The employees are so rude! They act like they are so annoyed that they have to help you. They definitely need customer service training.

Went to get a firearm for my grandfather and the lady at the counter was the rudest person ever and said I could not get it because of how my age does not match my face and said that it's not allowed

This store is full of inept employees and management. I have been there several times cash on had to purchase a firearm and can't get anyone to help. There is always "system" issues with their compute
