Very unreliable. I scheduled backup daycare and no one showed up. I had to call to find out the sitter was sick -- no notice, no backup plan. I won't be using this service again.

well this just seems to be a useless to use this service at this point ive set up back up care at least 4 times first time i had to cancel second time they cancel and then i set up another arrangement
