I'm an owner in a condo assn. which has been managed by Meca for 2 yrs. For one of those 2 yrs, I've also served on the property's HOA. Thus, I am fairly familiar with MECA's personnel and procedures.

They'll work with you, but honestly hold your HOA accountable. HOAs will avoid you and make it seem like the MGT company is the villain.
