Chad is e an excellent and very experienced. He explains everything in detail. Very clear instructions, patient and ensures each person gets attention for correction/help on form. Very enjoyable class

I always feel so motivated in Bodybar classes! The instructors are great, and the studio is so nice. I love the front desk staff too, and the owner. It's really just a positive place!
