Ebay account hacked and bought an item on ebay. I called to cancel the charge and no help from woodforest bank. No credit back to the account.

This bank is horrible. They do not honor protecting their customers and their money. My elderly mother was scammed and ran to the bank for their help, they closed her account and declined her claim. T
