Wilmore is a home rule-class city in Jessamine County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 5,999 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Lexington–Fayette Metropolitan Statistical Area. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.6 square miles, all of it land.
