Door locked at 15 minutes before closing. They don't want my money, or are just too busy.

I was told I should get my results in 3-5 days and it's now been 3 WEEKS! both my doctor and I have tried to contact them with no answer and no reply. DO NOT GO HERE!

I've never had a problem at this location. It's run as a tight ship, I've never seen more than one person working at a time. I've always been in and out quickly and everyone is friendly!
