My husband took our dog for a nail trim today and the groomer clipped too close on five nails (!), causing them to bleed. He was clearly sore when he got home. No apologies, still charged full price.

We wanted to try a new groomer after a few bad experiences at our old one, our dog was groomed exactly how we wanted. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a new groomer.
