I just bought my first new bike from Trek. They were very helpful for sizing and pricing. I took it out for a test ride twice and they are great about letting you test ride for however long you need.

Service is quick - they really do have a 24 hour turn around. The quality of service is just OK. I had paid to have my derailleur adjusted and it doesn't really seem like any adjustments were done, as

I went in to get my tire fixed and they broke the gears and the brakes we were able to fix the brakes but the chains won't work. I wish I could rate it zero stars bc my bike is even more busted now.
