Drive thru is awful. I have been there 2 times and both times I received someone else's order. I won't go back, I'm done. Chico Panera is awful

Absolutely ridiculous. I came in around 6pm on a Wednesday - not even busy - and stood in the lobby for a solid 15 minutes just trying to ask a simple question. Not a single employee in sight. I tried

Poor management. Twice when we went they were out of butter. The word, "bread," is in your name. Go across the street to the grocery and buy some butter.
