Logan should spend a little more time, acknowledging customers when they come in, rather than chatting with employee in front of them. It takes very little effort to make folls feel welcome.

I live in the area and come here often and have for years. Nice store, good bagels, friendly staff. The issue is that it takes forever to get in and out, especially on the weekends. This store is MASS

I went in to use a free bagel and Shmear reward and they still charged me for bagel. I always have problems redeaming rewards and offers here.
