I started a few months back and I love working out now. The trainers are knowledgeable and really help make my workouts enjoyable. I actually look forward to working out and I feel stronger.

I completed my first pilates reformer class last week and I had a wonderful time. I found it challenging but also easy to follow. The instructor was easy to follow along and I didnt feel too stressed
