As a diamond member of HH program, I booked this hotel during a layover at JFK before we traveled to KSA. Wait at the JFK ( federal circle) for shuttle was a very difficult time as we were exposed to
Hotel is near JFK airport and shuttle service works well. We had room at 10th floor next from elevators and the ding dong sound when elevator arrived or leaving is like Airtag sound but louder. It is
Now THIS is a traveler's hotel. The lobby was bright and lively and the gal who checked me in was very friendly and inviting with a big smile. Cheryl, the long-time bartender was nice to sit and chat.
