Saw this place on Yelp and review mentioned scrapple which I wanted to try. Located on the main drag in Bethlehem PA with street parking. I went in and was seated promptly despite it being very busy.

Five stars, ambiance was great, food was great, staff was great! Went with family after a few days of traveling and we all ate probably five times our weight. Amazing savory pancakes, "scrambles", and

our waitress Elle was so personable and such a kind person! With dietary restrictions there are still so many options for breakfast!! Lively atmosphere everyone wanted to be there! (staff and customer
